Citizenship and residency,
handled directly.

Turicum Holdings advises principals, founders and families on second citizenship and long-form residency. Files are supervised by qualified counsel, not agents.

About

A small firm, taking fewer files.

Turicum Holdings advises exclusively on citizenship and residency by investment. Every file is handled by senior counsel, from the first meeting to the grant and beyond.

No account managers, no sales desks, no referral chains. The partner you meet is the partner who carries the file.

We keep the register small on purpose. That is what allows us to prepare each file properly, to say plainly when a path is not right, and to stay retained after the passport is issued.

What we sell is judgement. Structures, jurisdictions and paperwork follow from that.

Approach

Citizenship is not a product. It is a long-term legal decision , planned carefully, executed once, meant to hold across generations.

Deliberation

Every file is handled on its own facts. No templates, no assembly line, no relationship manager between you and counsel.

Discretion

No press, no case studies, no client photography. Files are known only to the partner who owns them.

Duration

We build long relationships. Most clients stay with us for renewals, dependants and successor filings.

Independence

We are qualified counsel, not brokers. We hold no commercial arrangements with developers, banks or promoters.

Considerations

What we weigh.

These are the factors we weigh when matching a principal to a citizenship or residency-by-investment programme, and revisit as the file progresses.

Timing

When to begin, when to file, when to relocate, when to defer. Sequence often decides whether the passage is clean or complicated.

Provenance

How assets, income and wealth are documented for authorities that increasingly verify before granting.

Family

Who is included, in what order, under which programme. Spouses, dependants and elder parents each raise separate questions.

Investment Route

Whether contribution, real estate or fund investment best fits the profile, budget and holding horizon.

Civic Footing

Language, physical presence, integration and civic obligations vary widely. The lightest programme is not always the right one.

Successors

Whether the passage extends to future generations, and how the file is preserved so that it can.

Services

What we do.

A single partner owns your file from the first meeting through the grant, and stays available after the passport is issued.

  1. 01

    Citizenship by Investment

Acquisition of a second nationality through government-approved contribution or real estate investment programmes.

  2. 02

    Residency by Investment

European golden residencies and other long-term residency permits obtained through qualifying investment.

  3. 03

    Family Inclusion

Adding spouse, children and dependent parents to the primary application under the same programme.

  4. 04

    Programme Selection

Independent comparison of the available citizenship and residency-by-investment programmes against your profile and objectives.

  5. 05

    File Preparation

Assembly of the full application dossier to jurisdictional standard: source of funds, due diligence, certified documents.

  6. 06

    Submission & Grant

Submission through official channels, correspondence with the authority, and coordination of the oath, biometrics and passport issue.

Framework

How we assess a route.

We evaluate a pathway on several dimensions, not a single feature. The combination, not the headline, determines whether the route fits.

Criterion

Standing

The current legal and political standing of the programme, and its expected continuity.

Criterion

Diligence

The depth of vetting a candidate will face, and the documentation the authority requires.

Criterion

Threshold

The financial, physical-presence and civic thresholds, and their fit with the principal's life.

Criterion

Access

The travel, banking, schooling and residency rights attached to the resulting document, in practice.

Criterion

Reversibility

The consequences of withdrawing, renouncing or failing to renew.

Criterion

Discretion

Whether the programme is compatible with the principal's privacy and disclosure requirements.

Process

How a file moves.

Every file follows the same six steps , introduction, assessment, dossier, submission, grant and aftercare.

  1. 01

    Introduction

A private, no-obligation consultation. We review the profile and set out what is available. Nothing is sold.

  2. 02

    Assessment

An independent reading of the programmes that fit, the investment options, the timing and the expected outcome, with a clear view of the risks.

  3. 03

    Dossier

The file is assembled to jurisdictional standard: source of funds, family records, biometrics, certified translations and affidavits.

  4. 04

    Submission

We submit through official channels and handle correspondence with the authority directly.

  5. 05

    Grant

On decision, we manage the oath, biometric and passport-issue steps and hand over the final documentation.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

We remain retained for renewals, additional dependants and successor filings.

The firm is
Independent

No commissions or referral fees from developers, banks or promoters. You pay us; no one else does.

Registered Counsel

Files are supervised by admitted counsel in the relevant jurisdiction, not by intermediaries.

Bound by Privilege

Communications sit inside attorney-client privilege and Swiss data-protection law.

Small by Design

We take fewer files than we could, so each one gets the attention it needs.

Lexicon

Terms, plainly.

A short glossary of the terms that recur across a file.

Principal
The individual on whose profile a file is built. Every other applicant is attached through the principal.
Dossier
The full set of certified documents, translations, affidavits and forms assembled for submission.
Grant
The formal decision by an authority confirming citizenship or residency.
Programme
A government scheme granting citizenship or residency in exchange for a qualifying investment or contribution.
Aftercare
The continuing relationship after the grant, covering renewals, dependants and successor filings.
Retainer
The engagement letter, scope and fee arrangement under which a file is accepted.
Questions

Answered plainly.

Direct answers to the questions we hear most often. Anything not covered here is welcome in person.

Are you brokers or counsel?+

Counsel. Files are supervised by qualified advocates and solicitors admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. We hold no commercial arrangements with developers or promoters.

Do you accept every enquiry?+

No. We take a limited number of new files each quarter. Every enquiry is reviewed by a founding partner, and some are declined where the fit is not right.

What does an engagement cost?+

Retainer, due-diligence, legal and processing fees are quoted in writing after the first consultation. The introduction itself is free.

How long does it take?+

Contribution-route citizenships usually conclude within months. Residency-to-naturalisation pathways take years. A clear timeline is provided at the assessment stage.

Do you assist with banking and schooling?+

Yes. Once a file is granted we coordinate private-bank introductions, international schooling and residential search through local counsel.

Is my file confidential?+

Yes. Files are known only to the partner and directly assisting counsel. No client is referenced by name in any forum without written instruction.

Contact

Get in touch.

A founding partner reads and replies to every enquiry personally. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
